SHIPPING     

The small parcels up to 30 Kg are normally shipped with DPD,GLS or HERMES, 9 working days after receipt of payment.
The delivery tracking ID is automatically forwarded to you via the system,
so you can easily track the status of the shipment.
Our large furniture will be shipped according to the shipping company or by courier services,
which are specialized for heavy consignments. Changing the shipping method may result in additional costs.
Please contact us before you choose delivery method.

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the port costs.

The cost of the port for Germany is included in the price.

Port costs for the EU appear separately.

Dispatch outside of EU only on request.

DELIVERY

PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENT OF THE PACKAGE IN THE PRESENCE
OF THE COURIER IF NONE DAMAGE REPORT IS MADE,
THERE IS NO RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE.

GOODS DAMAGED

Should the ordered furniture have suffered a transport damage,
we ask you to report the demage within 3 working days after receipt by e-mail.
The demaged parts are of course replacet at our expense.

RETURN

If not, please return the goods to our business address within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The return costs will not be accepted by us, so please ask your purchases well,
So you do not have any unnecessary costs. Please check the packaging before return,
To avoid transport damage.
